On Friday, September 30, we held a pairing dinner at the cozy Pistatxo Fusión restaurant.

There we enjoy a 6-step menu designed and prepared by its Chef and director Danilo González, a chef with a brilliant career and the humility of the greats.

Each dish was paired with a selection of the best wines from Bodega Alto de la Ballena, that´s why we were accompanied by Fiorella Faggiani, the winery's oenologist, and Duncan Killiner, renowned oenological consultant for several wineries in our country and the world.

In each step of the dinner, we feel an explosion of flavors, which together with the chosen wines, generated a truly surprising gastronomic experience.

In addition to the notorious quality of the dishes and wines that we tasted, the talent of all those who were part of this team stood out, showing great passion and absolute love for their work. It was a great pleasure for us to work with these professionals.

Thank you very much to everyone who was part of this intimate and special night, but fundamentally to those who trusted in the proposal and once again accompanied us with their incredible energy.
