We are delighted to invite you to visit a world-class winery located here in Uruguay: Viña Edén.
Located in one of the most beautiful places in Uruguay, the surrounding landscapes boast an unparalleled view of the Villa Edén mountains in the city of Maldonado.
The vineyards of Viña Eden are planted on stony soils where the mineral character and oceanic influence generate ideal conditions for the creation of unique wines of top quality.
Viña Eden was recently the winner of the award for best responsible wine tourism experience in Uruguay according to the OMET (World Wine Tourism Organization).
We will visit the winery, where we will hear about the history of the establishment, their winemaking philosophy and the production methods.
After our tour, we will enjoy a delicious 3-course lunch consisting of: homemade breads and antipasti followed by a starter, main course and dessert. Each dish will be accompanied by a different wine and we
finish with a special Tannat liqueur and coffee.

Cheese croquette with bacon.
Starter (of your choice):
Burrata cheese, figs, nuts and herb oil
or
Morna salad of roasted tomatoes with goat cheese, balsamic and fresh grapes.
Main Course (of your choice):
Beef rib cooked for ten hours accompanied by cinnamon glass, carrot aligot and radish pickles
or
Zucchini risotto with Roquefort cheese and herb oil.
Dessert:
Lavender choux cream, red fruit jelly and ice cream.

Méthode Champenoise Brut Nature.
Chardonnay 2022.
Tannat Reserve 2018.
Tannat Liqueur.
Tea and coffee.
