At Wine Explorers, we believe places have a soul, and that some nights can only be understood when they are truly lived.
For the first time in our history, we arrive at LUZ, in José Ignacio, to present a unique, exclusive, and deeply sensory experience: Sunset, Wine & Forest.
About LUZ
LUZ Culinary & Wine Lodge brings together nature, wine, high-end cuisine, and landscape, with every detail thoughtfully designed to let the surroundings take center stage.
With an architectural concept that pays tribute to José Ignacio, LUZ’s vineyard is a celebration of sunlight and the richness of the nearby ocean. Three grape varieties are cultivated here: Tannat, Merlot, and Tempranillo, giving life to high-quality wines that truly reflect their maritime terroir.
The wines of LUZ are crafted by Compañía Uruguaya de Vinos, with consulting and guidance from Michelini Muffato, a renowned family of winemakers, with the shared goal of producing wines of exceptional quality.
The forest, vineyard, architecture, and cuisine blend seamlessly, creating an intimate, elegant atmosphere deeply connected to the place. It is the perfect setting to enjoy the sunset, share remarkable wines, and sit down to dinner without rush, surrounded by nature in a breathtaking environment.
The Experience
The evening begins with arrival at LUZ to enjoy the sunset by the pool, immersed in a setting of vineyards and forest.
During this first moment, we will enjoy:

A guided tour of the vineyard

Signature welcome cocktails, with wine as the protagonista

A wine bar featuring LUZ wines

A selection of exquisite bites to accompany the moment
As the sun sets, the experience continues into the forest, giving way to the Forest Experience: a seven-course wine-paired dinner, created exclusively for this evening, where gastronomy, wine, and the natural surroundings take center stage.
A carefully curated experience designed to be enjoyed with all the senses, in an intimate, refined, and truly memorable atmosphere.
