Farewell to 2025 at Bodega Casa Grande

Our last event of the year was a true celebration at Bodega Casa Grande.

Explorers from Uruguay and from different parts of the world came together to enjoy great wines, delicious food, and wonderful company, closing a very special year in which we proudly celebrated 10 uninterrupted years of Wine Explorers.

This is how we experienced our final event of the year at Wine Explorers: an encounter that perfectly reflects the spirit that has guided us from day one: creating authentic experiences centered around wine, people, and the unique places that make enotourism in Uruguay so special.

The setting was Bodega Casa Grande, a place we truly feel at home and that always welcomes us with open arms. There, we shared a day filled with laughter, hugs, great food, and wines that invite you to linger, enjoy conversation, and slow down.

The experience included a guided tour of the winery and its vineyards, where we learned firsthand about Casa Grande’s history, philosophy, and the landscape that gives life to its wines. This was followed by a live gastronomic experience, with a menu designed for sharing, paired with a carefully curated selection of the winery’s wines, chosen to highlight each moment of the day.

It was a complete experience, where wine, gastronomy, and scenery came together naturally, inviting everyone to enjoy without rush and to experience wine tourism through all the senses.

One of the most beautiful aspects of the gathering was the diversity of people who made it possible. Local explorers connected with travelers from around the world, once again proving that wine is a universal language and the perfect excuse to connect.

We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to the entire Casa Grande family and winery team for welcoming us with such warmth, for opening the doors to their home and their story, and for always making us feel like part of the family. That spirit is an essential part of every experience we share there.

A very special year: 10 years of Wine Explorers

This final event was also the closing chapter of a deeply meaningful year for us. A year full of learning, emotions, and encounters, and a year in which we proudly celebrated 10 years of Wine Explorers. A decade dedicated to designing wine tourism experiences in Uruguay, building community, and sharing authentic moments around wine.

Thank you to everyone who accompanies us, trusts us, and makes this journey possible.

We say goodbye to the year with gratitude for everything we lived and excitement for what’s ahead.

We’ll see you again in 2026.
