The Night of Nostalgia (Noche de la Nostalgia) is one of Uruguayans' favorites, as it's a unique celebration in the world, a national pride.
This year, just like we did in 2021, we celebrated it at “Primuseum” the museum of primus, the perfect setting for the occasion. It's an emblematic place in Ciudad Vieja neighborhood, full of history, charm, and authenticity – three elements we adore!
We indulged in a gastronomy that deserves special mention, as each dish was a true work of art, accompanied by a curated selection of wines by sommelier Liber Pisciotano from BraccoBosca, Pisano, Cerro del Toro and Varela Zarranz wineries.
Throughout the evening, classic oldies from the 70s, 80s, and 90s filled the air, but the highlight was the much-awaited tango show in two 30-minute segments. It was an enjoyment from start to finish, featuring top-notch musicians and dancers that left the attendees spellbound.
A big thank you is due to Santiago, the director of Primuseum, for opening the doors of his establishment to us, and to his entire team for providing us with excellent service.
And, of course, most importantly, we extend our gratitude to all the friends who chose our proposal to celebrate the Night of Memories, making an unforgettable evening possible.
Being witnesses to the magic-filled nights our country hosts and being able to be part of them is something that never ceases to amaze us, and for which we are immensely thankful.
