PAIRING DINNER AT PISTATXO FUSION

Last Thursday, April 27th, we held a pairing dinner at the cozy Pistatxo Fusion restaurant. There, we enjoyed a 4-course menu designed and prepared by its Chef and Director, Danilo González, a chef with a brilliant career and the humility of the greats.




Each dish was paired with a great selection of wines from Bodega Casa Grande.


Representing the winery was sommelier Leo Guerrero, Brand Ambassador of Iberpark, who explained each wine in detail as we progressed through the dinner.


It was an explosion of flavors that, together with the selected wines, generated a truly surprising gastronomic experience.


We want to sincerely thank everyone who was part of this intimate and special night, but above all those who trusted in the proposal and accompanied us with their incredible energy once again.
